She is a ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. She is also a trained emotional intelligence coach and a certified MBTI Administrator with 5 years of extensive experience in guiding 300+ professionals through pivotal phases of their careers. With a focus on career fulfillment, growth, work-life balance, and nurturing fulfilling relationships, Aina has established a reputation for fostering transformative changes in individuals across US, Europe, MENA and India.
She is an Engineer with a Management degree with 8 years of successful career in corporates & start-ups across diverse functions like sales, business development and account management. Having lived and worked in diverse locales like Dubai, Bangalore and Luxembourg, she brings a nuanced understanding of global dynamics and diverse cultural perspectives.
